The sand(coal) washing coagulant is an organic polymer product that can help stabilize the surface charge of sediment (coal) particles, reduce the electric potential, and cause aggregation and precipitation. The main function is to separate mud and water.
The product is a transparent viscous liquid, replacing polyaluminum chloride. It is added to mud and water, combined with PAM, and placed in a belt, frame, or centrifuge. It can quickly separate mud and water, efficiently utilize water quality, and achieve high sludge dewatering rates.

Usage and precautions:
1) It can be uniformly and continuously added to the wastewater treatment system after being diluted in any proportion, or directly added to the wastewater after being diluted 5-20 times, stirred, and settled.
2) When treating different sources of water and sewage, the dosage is determined based on the turbidity and concentration of the treated water, and the optimal dosage can be obtained through small-scale trials.
Careful selection of dosing points and stirring speed is necessary to ensure even mixing with the material while avoiding the crushing of the floc.
