1 Waste water
Printing and dyeing wastewater containing reactive dyes and dispersed dyes, other wastewater treatment methods are difficult to treat, the water amount is 3000 tons/day.
2 Processing process
After biological treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater → adding efficient decolorizing flocculant → adding polyaluminum chloride (PAC), adding polyacrylamide (PAM) → air flotation or precipitation → effluent
3 Application Data
Decolorizing agent dosage: 40-100 PPM
PAC dosage: 150 PPM
PAM dosage: 1 PPM
Wastewater influent
COD: 600mg/l
Color: 40-50 times
4 Results
A. The decolorizing agent has a good effect on the removal of color, especially for red, and the wastewater can meet the national discharge standards after treatment.
b. In order to reduce treatment costs in practical applications, PAC and PAM can be combined according to the pollution degree of wastewater.
